Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters are highly recommended, but not required to travel with us. Guests must comply with specific requirements that may be imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destination visited related to Covid-19. No refunds will be given if you are unable to undertake some or all of your vacation due to failure to comply with these requirements.

Ask your clients to complete their trip registration by going to MyCostsaver. If they are travelling with others, please ask them to register too. It only takes a few minutes and here is what they would need:
- A contact at home in case of an emergency
- Passport details
- Travel preferences like dietary requirements
- Confirmation of your email address and phone number
• Encourage your client's to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their trip payment, including extended coverage for Covid-19. Learn more here.
• A valid passport is required for all travel outside Canada. A "valid" passport is defined as one that expires more than 6 (six) months from the date of a passenger's return. For trips that require visas, information will be sent with your invoice, be sure to read through it full. Non-Canadian passport holders please contact [email protected] for assistance.
• Due to the rapid change of travel restrictions, we recommend you check Travel Restrictions frequently frequently and verify travel/entry and re-entry requirements up until your client's departure.
• Airline requirements may vary for boarding. Please validate directly with the airline prior to check-in.

If there is a remaining balance on the booking, the invoice will indicate the date final payment is due. Your clients are free to make payments at any time up until that date. You can make payments online via our Travel Agent Portal. And if they would like, we offer flexible financing with our partner, Uplift.
