Airline Flight Cancellation & Delay Insurance
("Manulife Flight Assistance")This is the registration portal for the Manulife Flight Assistance coverage underwritten by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (“Manulife”) and First North American Insurance Company ("FNAIC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Manulife.
This service is provided by CPP Innovation Limited ("Blink") on behalf of Manulife. The information you provide during the registration of your flight will be used by Blink and its service providers to provide the Manulife Flight Assistance benefits outlined in your policy. The information you provide will be stored in Canada; however, any travel services provided are arranged by Blink’s service providers located in the United Kingdom and United States of America. Your personal information may also be used to contact you about your customer experience and/or to participate in market research.
This registration portal will allow Blink to automatically administer the Manulife Flight Assistance benefits outlined in your policy.
You must register your flight(s) on the registration portal in order for Blink to administer these benefits.

The following FAQs pertain to Manulife Flight Assistance benefits contained within Manulife Global Travel Insurance Plans. What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed and is rescheduled to depart at least three hours after its original scheduled departure time, each registered insured person receives $40.
If the flight is delayed a total of six (6) hours or more, each registered insured person receives an additional $100 for a total of $140.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is totally cancelled, each registered insured person receives $140.
